BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT

FUNERAL FORMS
Funeral Planning: Forms are now available at the back of the Church or from the Parish Office, for anyone wishing to plan their own funeral. Please leave a copy with the Parish Office (this will be held in strict confidence).

PASTORAL CARE
If you, or any of your relatives or friends, are in hospital, or due to go into hospital, or at home please contact the Parish Office. Similarly, if anyone is moved into a nursing or residential home. This is to enable the provision of Pastoral care.
