Date: Saturday 30th September

Meet: Prosperity Memorial Car Park at Lihou Headland

Meeting Time: 12:00pm

Walk Starts: 12:15pm

Route: From car park across causeway to Lihou Priory. Re-cross causeway to Guernsey then walk to St. Apolline’s Chapel via Le Trepied Dolmen.

Walk Finishes: 2:45pm (estimate) with tea and cake.

The aim is raise awareness of Guernsey’s rich Christian heritage and kindle interest in pilgrimage and prayer. If you would like to join please email Ann Finnerty: finnertyfive@cwgsy.net.

Next meeting will be held on the 25th September at 7:00pm in St Yves Parish Room at St Joseph’s. All welcome.
If anyone can help with the pilgrimage on Saturday 30th September – can they email me via finnertyfive@cwgsy.net we could do with some help with the tea and cakes afterwards and we hope parishioners will join us with their friends for an enjoyable walk over to Lihou and back across the causeway to St Apollines, via Les Trepied Dolmen. It is very enjoyable if wearing appropriate clothing and footwear! There is a large poster in the porch with all the details.
