The retiring collection next weekend is for WINGS.
Dr Susan Wilson has recently returned from Tanzania where she went to Christ the King hospital in Rulenge and met the medical staff who treated the children injured by a hand grenade. She also met with the young boy who lost an eye and has pins in his leg to save it. The photo shows him with a great smile on his face sitting with Dr Angelo. The children continue to need support and the school needs a new classroom as the wall was blown out. So half of this week’s WINGS collection will go to Tumaini for this and half to Don Bosco Missions for their work with the street children of Liberia and Sierra Leone.
Many thanks for your generosity and for your continued prayers for this work.
