Cabrini Children’s Society
On Sunday 14th February the annual collection for the Cabrini Children’s Society will take place.
The St. Padre Pio Group fundraising
The St. Padre Pio Group raised £4,193 in 2009 for the three charities they were supporting.
Next Sunday, 17th January, is a Day of Prayer for Peace.
The work of Pax Christi is based on the gospel and inspired by faith. Their vision is of a world where peope can live in peace, without fear or violence in all its forms. Read more »

Guess the Weight of the Bell!
The bell, originally from St Yves Church, will be in St Joseph’s porch this weekend and you are invited to pay £1 and guess its weight. Read more »
St. Joseph’s Children’s Liturgy Group Cake Sale
The Children’s Liturgy Group at St Joseph’s thank everyone for making and buying cakes last Sunday.
A total of £557 was raised which will be shared between the Knights of the Holy Sepulchre and H.C.P.T. (Handicapped Children Pilgrimage Trust).
Our Lady Star of the Sea cake sale
This is postponed until Sunday December 13th. We sent Action Aid £240 in 2009 AND bought a new Hoover for the hall! The next will be February 7th 2010.
